Brasil Cerrado Patrocino Espresso
To.KawaAbout This Coffee
A single-origin Brazilian coffee from the Cerrado region, sourced from farms and plantations located approximately 15 km east of Patrocinio, Minas Gerais, within the crater of a dormant volcano known as Chapadão de Ferro ("Iron Plateau"), at 1,260 meters altitude. The coffee features Mundo Novo and Paraiso MG varieties, processed naturally — dried in the sun on specially built patios and then double-sorted. Roasted to a medium level for espresso, it offers a full body with low acidity, notes of cashew, cocoa, caramel, citrus, and a long chocolate finish. Pairs well with milk-based drinks.
