This coffee is a medium-roasted single origin from Daterra Farm in Brazil's Minas Gerais region. It is 100% naturally processed (sun-dried) using the Daterra Penta Process® method. The coffee is made from Red Catuai variety grown at 1,000-1,100 meters altitude. It has received Rainforest Alliance certification and won the iTQi International Taste Award. The flavor profile features nuts, cocoa, stone fruit, and walnut notes. The coffee scored 87-88 points in local cupping tests and is suitable for both pour-over brewing and espresso preparation.
