This coffee comes from Fazenda Primavera, a 980-hectare farm located in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, run by farmer Ricardo Tavares following his father's family tradition. Grown at 900–1050 meters altitude, it features Yellow Bourbon and Caturra varieties processed using the pulped natural method. The roast is Full City (medium roast) with flavor notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and nuts. The farm placed 3rd in ecological sustainability among Brazilian farms and won 1st place at the Cup of Excellence 2018.
Blue Mondays is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe operating from two locations in central Bratislava, on Dunajská and Mickiewiczova streets. The team roasts and hand packs specialty grade beans on site, offering a wide spectrum from fruity light roasts and bright medium profiles to rich dark roasts and chocolate forward espresso blends.
