Made from the Yellow Catucaí variety, a 100% Arabica hybrid developed by the Agronomic Institute of Campinas (IAC) through a cross of Icatú and Catuaí varieties, known for high productivity and disease resistance. Processed via natural anaerobic fermentation. Light roast with a flavor profile of bright grape and sweet dried fig, a smooth, delicate body, and a clean finish.
