A single origin coffee from Brazil's Sul de Minas region, grown by family farms around Serra do Caracol, a mountain range formed by a volcanic crater near Poços de Caldas. Part of the Bobolink project by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, promoting ecological and regenerative farming practices. The Yellow Catucai variety is natural/dry processed and sun-dried, grown at 850-1250 meters altitude. Flavor profile features a classic Brazilian character with nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts, with a creamy body and high sweetness.
