This is a Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, a farm owned and operated by the Croce family for over 100 years through multiple generations. Marcos Croce took over approximately ten years ago and transformed the farm into an ethical model farm with a clear environmental focus. The coffee represents the collective effort of Marcos and his nearest neighbors. It is a 100% Arabica coffee with a balanced profile featuring distinct notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.
