This coffee is a Brazilian single origin from the Cerrado region in Minas Gerais, grown at 900-1,050 meters altitude. It is a natural processed Arabica coffee, medium roasted. The beans areScreen 17/18 grade (large bean specification). Tasting notes include nutty, cocoa, and hazelnut flavors with a smooth, full-bodied texture and low acidity. This is a versatile coffee suitable for various brewing methods including espresso, pour-over, French press, and cold brew.
