The Jazblu Peaberry is a blend from two producers: Obadias Nascimento Rodrigues of Fazenda Canaa and Geraldo de Almeida Sinay of Fazenda Esperanca, located on the plateau in Planalto da Bahia. Grown at 950 meters altitude using Red Catuai and Yellow Catuai varieties. Hand-picked to account for uneven cherry maturation. Washed processed for a smooth, consistent cup with creamy sweetness, medium/full body.
