This single-origin coffee is produced by João and Juliana Hamilton at Sítio Canaa in the Mogiana region of Brazil. Grown at an altitude of 1200 to 1350 meters, this Catucaí variety is processed using a natural method where the beans are dried with the coffee cherry mucilage on raised beds. The cup profile features soft, smooth notes of milk chocolate, red berries, stone fruit, and butterscotch.
