A single-origin Brazil coffee from Fazenda Da Mata in the Mogiana region, grown at 1200 MASL. This is a Yellow Catuaí variety processed using the natural method. Roasted to a medium level, it offers a smooth, medium-bodied cup with tasting notes of brown sugar, caramel wafer, chocolate, and nuts, with a hint of brightness for balance. Designed to shine as espresso but suitable for any brewing method.
