Produced by farmer cooperatives on small to medium-sized farms with rolling hills and uneven terrain. Graded as Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), the highest cup categories in Brazilian coffee grading. The coffee exhibits a big body with chocolate, hazelnut, and nutty flavor characteristics.
