A single‑farm natural coffee from Sao Bento (Carmo do Paranaíba), Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, grown at 1100 m by Romulo Xavier Carneiro Furtado Andrade. Variety: Yellow Catuai 62; processed naturally and roasted light. Tasting notes emphasize ripe papaya and citrus sweetness, with cassis and blueberry acidity and a lingering milk chocolate aftertaste. Recommended for espresso, V60, AeroPress, American Press and cold brew.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
