About This Coffee

This coffee is a Catuai variety from Fazenda Guariroba, located in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters. The cherries are harvested at high sugar levels and processed using an anaerobic natural method, involving a 36-hour fermentation in a closed bioreactor followed by 30–40 days of drying on African beds. This process results in a flavor profile featuring notes of passion fruit, plum, caramel, and an elegant accent of eucalyptus, characterized by a long, sweet finish.
