This coffee is a dry natural processed lot from Fazenda Recreio, a fifth-generation family farm located in the Mogiana region of São Paulo, Brazil. Grown at an altitude of 1100 meters, this coffee is a blend of Catuaí, Catucaí, and Yellow Bourbon varieties. It offers a balanced and refined cup profile with distinct tasting notes of strawberry, almond butter, and milk chocolate.

Sourcing is built on direct trade relationships with personal connections to farmers and importers, and the range includes single origin coffees and seasonal micro lots. Vermont Magazine named Carrier the best coffee roaster in the state. The café at Depot Square serves espresso, pour over, and retail beans, and the wholesale side supplies cafés and restaurants throughout Vermont.
