About This Coffee

This coffee is from Fazenda Santuario Sul, a 120-hectare farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with 80 hectares dedicated to arabica cultivation. The farm is owned by Luiz Paulo, who grows 30 different varieties including this SL-28. The coffee is grown at 1380-1430 meters altitude and processed using natural method. After washing and sorting, the cherries were dried on patios for approximately 20 days, then depulped mechanically and aged for about one month before being packed. The coffee features clean and intense hazelnut notes with chocolate and orange, described as sweet, dense, and velvety.
