This coffee is from Sítio Gourita farm in Brazil, produced by Edison Ferreira Carson who has been cultivating coffee since 1986. The Topázio variety lot is processed using anaerobic natural methods. Post-harvest work is led by Kerli Carson. The coffee features flavor notes of milk chocolate, caramel, pecan, and sweet pastry, offering a smooth and balanced cup.
