Brasil Sitio Vargem Espresso

This espresso coffee is produced by Rosimeire Aparecida Guerra on her farm, Sitio Vargem Grande, in the Mantiqueira region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1,100–1,400 metres above sea level. The farm grows Yellow Catuai variety, planted in 2010 on a 3-hectare property acquired in 2009. Processed as a natural (bærtørket/berry-dried) with aerobic fermentation. Flavor notes include caramel, rosehip, and stone fruit, with a sweet, juicy, and balanced profile.
