The result is a consistently award-winning coffee with syrupy fruit notes, resembling a delicious fruit concoction rather than traditional coffee. Through careful roasting and brewing techniques, this coffee can take on characteristics of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with red fruit notes and the smooth body of a Kenyan coffee.
