This coffee is a blended lot from two of Baho Coffee's washing stations in Rwanda's Nyamasheke District — Akagera and Ngoma. Located between Lake Kivu and Nyungwe Forest, these stations source from approximately 1,240 smallholder farmers. The coffee is processed as an anaerobic natural, a method that enhances the cup profile to achieve a score of 86+. The beans are selected for their small screen size, and the volcanic soil and lake breezes from Lake Kivu contribute to slow, even drying and a bright yet full-bodied cup.
