This Burundi coffee comes from Muyinga Province, Burundi at 1,715 masl, grown by smallholder farmers. It is natural-processed with a 24–48 hour anaerobic fermentation on raised beds. Light-roasted and finished at high elevation in Jackson Hole, it presents cherry, limeade, and melon flavors with a light, smooth body and medium acidity.
