This coffee is from Burundi, a landlocked country in East Africa. Izuba translates as 'sun' in Kirundi, the national language of Burundi. This lot combines both natural and honey processed coffees from a washing station, creating a particularly sweet cup profile. The coffee offers fruity, bright and complex characteristics with tasting notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and liquorice.
