This coffee is sourced from multiple smallholder farmers across the Northern regions of Ngozi and Kayanza in Burundi, grown at altitudes between 1600-1900 meters. The coffee features the Red Bourbon varietal and is processed using the washed method. It offers flavor notes of green apple and cola. The coffee is IMPACT-verified, part of a responsible sourcing program that rewards farmers working towards sustainable farming practices. Turaco takes its name from a bird native to Burundi.
