This coffee is a single origin from Ethiopia, specifically from the Konga region in Yirgacheffe. It is produced by Konga Wetmill at an altitude of 1850-1200 meters. The coffee is washed processed and uses the Ethiopian Heirloom variety. Designed to be a versatile workhorse coffee that works well in a variety of drink combinations while remaining juicy and easy to work with. Micro batch roasted to order on London's Brick Lane using the world's lowest carbon emitting roaster.
