A naturally processed coffee from Sul de Minas, Brazil, produced by the Luzia Collective at 1200 meters altitude. The blend features Red and Yellow Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Icatu varieties from the 2025 crop year. This lighter roast offers a sweet and round mouthfeel with notes of yellow fruit and dried fruit, syrupy texture with caramel sweetness and a tea-like finish. The Luzia Collective is a cooperative of female farmers creating sustainable, inclusive growth in a traditionally male-dominated sector.
