This coffee is a single origin from Mexico, specifically from the Veracruz region at 1400 meters altitude. It is a natural process coffee made from the Mundo Maya variety, produced by Carlos Cadena, a 5th-generation coffee farmer in Cosautlan. The coffee presents fruit-forward tasting notes of ripe Swedish blueberries, cranberries, and cacao with integrated acidity. It was roasted for filter brewing.
