This coffee is from Casa Almeida Barreto, a family estate in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil at 1200 meters altitude. The coffee is Red Catuai variety processed using the natural method. It features elegant characteristics with a syrupy body and flavor notes of nougat, milk chocolate, and winey aromatics. The producers combine expertise in enology, agronomy, and fermentation techniques, using stainless-steel tanks and technology from wine facilities to control coffee fermentation. This espresso roast comes from the 2025 harvest.
