This coffee is from Casa Almeida Barreto estate in Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1200 meters altitude. The variety is Red Catuai, processed using the natural method. The coffee features elegant character with syrupy body and notes of nougat, milk chocolate, and winey aromatics. This is a new harvest from the 2024/2025 season, where the farm experimented with slightly earlier picking and slower drying methods.
