Clean and vibrant washed Geisha coffee from Cesar Augusto Pedroza at Finca La Camelia in Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,700m altitude in the Las Mercedes vereda of Garzón municipality. The coffee was hand-selected at peak ripeness, floated, and dry-fermented with cherries intact for 20 hours, then de-pulped and further fermented for 20 hours, rinsed and dried on a marquesina (parabolic greenhouse dryer with raised beds) for 20-25 days. Roasted on the lighter side to display its super clean and sweet profile.
