This light roast coffee is sourced from the farm of Chalee Yugruji in Doi Chang, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Grown at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,390 meters under macadamia trees, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a blend of Typica, Catimor, and CM 80 varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by complex tea-like sweetness, tomato notes, and a bright citrus acidity.
