This coffee is from Worka Chelbesa in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, a renowned coffee-producing area known for high elevations and ideal growing conditions. The cherries are carefully handpicked at peak ripeness and delivered to the Alemayehu Tilahun Dry Station, where they undergo natural processing—drying slowly on raised African beds to develop rich, fruity flavors. The coffee then undergoes the Swiss Water Process for chemical-free decaffeination. The result is a decaf with bright fruit notes, smooth chocolate, and layered sweetness. Varieties include Dega and Kurume.
