This single-origin Gesha from Chevas Coffee Estate in El Salto, Boquete, Panama is grown at 1600m elevation. The coffee undergoes a Washed Dark Room process: cherries are held briefly before depulping, then soaked for three days in fresh water, sun-dried for 28 hours on raised beds, and finished in a dark room for 10 days. The light roast offers delicate floral notes with crisp acidity and silky mouthfeel, featuring tangerine, honeydew, and magnolia character.

Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta.
