This coffee comes from Jinshan Coffee Farm in the Menglian region of Yunnan, China, grown at 1500 meters altitude. It is a Catimor variety processed using anaerobic fermentation natural method with oak barrel aging. Light roasted, it features bold tropical flavors of pineapple, white wine, and yogurt acidity, complemented by cranberry notes and a maple syrup finish.
