Chire is a light roast Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in Sidama. This single origin features local heirloom varieties grown wild in their native environment. The coffee is washed processed and offers crisp apple, sweet peach, and floral jasmine notes.
Single Speed Coffee Roasters is a family owned micro roastery in Flagstaff, Arizona. Owner Brad Richmann took over the business in 2009 and has since built it around artisan single origin and blended coffees roasted on Diedrich IR3 and IR12 roasters under head roaster Matt Goetz. The operation prioritizes direct relationships with coffee farmers and sustainable sourcing, with certified organic options in the lineup. Single Speed shifted away from permanent retail in favor of mobile operations and a dedicated roasting facility, keeping the focus squarely on the beans and the roasting craft.
