Chunky Cherry is an anaerobic natural coffee from Frinsa Estate in West Java, Indonesia. Grown at an altitude of 1400 meters, this coffee is a Sigarar Utang variety processed through a 72-hour anaerobic natural method. It offers a sweet, fruity, and slightly boozy profile with distinct tasting notes of black cherry, cacao nibs, and hazelnuts. This coffee is specifically roasted for espresso preparation.
