About This Coffee

A premium blend inspired by rural Latin America. This seasonal blend features 60% Bethania coffee from Nicaragua's Nueva Segovia region and 40% La Virgen from the Grupo Asociativo Villa Esperanza collective in Colombia's Huila region. The Nicaraguan component is a natural processed Catuaí variety grown at the Bethania farm, while the Colombian coffee is washed processed with Caturra and Colombia varieties. Altitude ranges from 1350m to 1900m. The blend offers caramel sweetness, berry fruit flavors, plum, cherry, red berry, and stone fruit notes with undertones of brown sugar, orange citrus, stewed fruit, milk chocolate, and a roasted almond finish. Designed primarily for espresso but suitable for other brew methods.
