La Serranía Decaf is a Colombian single-origin coffee from over 20 producers in the Huila region, grown in the areas around Pitalito, Acevedo, and Palestina along an isolated mountain range in the Andes. Cherries are carefully hand-sorted on farms and dried with precision before decaffeination. The coffee is processed using the natural EA (Ethyl Acetate) method at the Descafecol facility in Manizales, using mountain water and naturally derived ethyl acetate from sugarcane. Flavor notes include caramel, chocolate, and dried fruit, with a soft acidity and a long, pleasant finish. Available as whole beans.
