A 100% Arabica natural-processed coffee from Espera Feliz, Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown on Sitio Família Protásio in the Caparaó mountains at 1150–1450 meters altitude. The variety is Catuaí Vermelho 44, produced by Flávio (Kaká) Protásio. Cherries are hand-harvested, pre-cleaned, and dried on a covered patio for approximately 20 days. The flavor profile includes blueberry, plum, vanilla, banana, milk chocolate, butter, molasses, coriander seeds, and anise, with a soft acidity and velvety body.
