The variety is Red Bourbon (100% Arabica), processed using the Honey method at the Gakenke washing station — established in 1991 and capable of processing up to 750 tonnes of cherries per season. Tasting notes include caramel, fig, and peach, with a fruity and complex profile described as balanced and comforting.
