A single-origin coffee from El Paraíso farm in Barcelona, Quindío, Colombia, grown at 1400–1500 meters altitude by producer Arturo Arango. The variety is 100% Arabica Typica, processed using a washed method with controlled aerobic and anaerobic fermentation of up to 50 hours, followed by slow drying. Tasting notes include raspberry and brown sugar. The coffee is characterized as welcoming and pleasant with an exotic profile.
