About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Peru, grown at 1,800 meters altitude in Cajamarca, Cutervo, Callayuc. Produced by Milton Rojas at Fazenda Los Varejones, this 100% Arabica Bourbon variety is washed (lavado) processed. Coffee cherries ripen slowly among banana trees, yuca, and native shade trees. Controlled fermentation followed by sun drying yields purity and clarity. Tasting notes include blueberry, vanilla, caramel, and piloncillo sweetness. The profile is fruity-floral with a gentle acidity and natural sweetness.
