The coffee is 100% Arabica comprising Caturra, Typica, and Pache varieties, processed using washed and fermented methods. Flavor notes include citrus, raspberry, and chocolate, with a fruity and complex profile described as bright acidity, delicate floral notes, and a refined, lasting sweetness.
