A microlot coffee from Peru, sourced from the Callayuc community in the Cutervo province of Cajamarca region. Grown at 1800–2000 meters altitude on Fazenda Los Varejones by a group of 17 producers. The coffee is 100% Arabica comprising Caturra, Typica, and Pache varieties, processed using washed and fermented methods. Flavor notes include citrus, raspberry, and chocolate, with a fruity and complex profile described as bright acidity, delicate floral notes, and a refined, lasting sweetness.
