A washed-process coffee from the Coffee Growers of San Miguel Escobar, grown in the Antigua region of Guatemala at 1,500–2,000 meters elevation. The region features rich volcanic soil influenced by the Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego volcanoes. Varieties include Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon. Flavor notes include peach, honey, caramel, red apple, green apple, vanilla, tangerine, raspberry, almonds, chocolate, lemon, and cocoa, with a silky body.
