This coffee is from Colombia, specifically from the Antioquia region, grown at El Jaragual farm at 1500 meters altitude. The producer is Jorge Mira, who manages this 150-hectare family-run farm in the lush Andes. The coffee is a Caturra varietal processed using a Thermal Shock Washed method, which involves selective harvesting, controlled fermentation with added yeast, washing at different temperatures (warm then cold), and gentle drying. The flavor profile features mango, toffee, and tropical fruits with a juicy, rich, and vibrant cup character. Green coffee is imported by Mi Cafe.
