The coffee is decaffeinated by Descafecol using a sustainable sugarcane-based process. It is owned by Siruma Coffee and made from mixed varieties, primarily Castillo. Grown at 1700-1900 MASL, this coffee has an SCA Cup Score of 84.5. The tasting notes include milk chocolate, cocopops, and pear juice with a soft mouthfeel.
