This coffee originates from Granja La Esperanza-Las Margaritas farm in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at 1750 meters altitude. Produced by Rigoberto Hererra, this coffee features the Sudan Rume variety processed using the natural method. La Margarita Farm is located in the Penedonia mountain range with 34 hectares of coffee trees on steep hillsides. The farm cultivates diverse varieties and is managed by three generations, pioneering innovative processing methods. The coffee was picked in May-June 2025 and arrived in November 2025.
