The varieties are Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia (100% Arabica), processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (E.A.). Flavor notes include spices, ginger, and juicy acidity. Decaffeinated through a natural E.A. process using sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate and spring water over 8 hours.
