A single-origin coffee from La Reserva farm in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, Colombia, grown at 1,900 meters above sea level by farmer Juan Felipe Ocampo. The variety is Caturra Chiroso, known for its elongated beans, bright acidity, floral notes, and pronounced sweetness. Processing involves 36-hour anaerobic cherry fermentation followed by pulping and 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed containers, then dried for approximately 8 days — classifying it as an anaerobic honey process. Tasting notes include flowers, strawberry, juicy, refined, toffee, milk chocolate, sugar plums, and raspberry. Certified organically grown and SAGRILAF certified.
