This coffee is from La Reserva farm in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, Colombia, grown at 1,900 meters above sea level by farmer Juan Felipe Ocampo. The variety is Caturra Chiroso, an elongated-bean cultivar known for bright acidity, floral notes, and pronounced sweetness. Processed using an anaerobic honey method: cherries are fermented in bags for 36 hours, then pulped and anaerobically fermented in sealed 200-liter containers for 96 hours before drying for approximately 8 days. The farm is organically grown and SAGRILAF certified. Flavor notes include flowers, strawberry, juicy, toffee, milk chocolate, sugar cubes, and raspberry.
