This coffee is a single-origin 100% Arabica Caturra variety from the Quindío region in Armenia, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1350 to 1400 meters on the Casa Negras farm by producer Jairo Arcila, the coffee is washed and fermented for 30 hours. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of cocoa, spices, and caramel. This coffee offers a rich, classic profile with vibrant acidity and a clean finish.
