Grown at an altitude of 1350 to 1400 meters on the Casa Negras farm by producer Jairo Arcila, the coffee is washed and fermented for 30 hours. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of cocoa, spices, and caramel. This coffee offers a rich, classic profile with vibrant acidity and a clean finish.
