An exceptional gesha coffee from Danilo Perez and his family farm in Huila, Colombia. This is a naturally processed gesha variety coffee. The flavor profile features juicy tropical fruit notes, florals, sweet vanilla sponge, and a touch of booziness reminiscent of sherry trifle. The coffee showcases the complexity characteristic of the gesha variety with notes of lemon and toffee.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg. They roast to order daily and have accumulated over 24,000 five star reviews. The Independent voted their subscription the Best Overall Coffee Subscription in 2024. Rave is a 1% for the Planet member and has planted over 22,000 trees through a partnership with One Tree Planted.
